BLOOM ~ April Full Moon Embodied Movement Night

Join us for a sacred evening of movement and connection in the embrace of April's pink full moon ~ with flowing ease, tenderness, and earthly rhythms, together, we will create a space to embody the fullness of who we are, celebrating the beauty of showing up authentically and unapologetically.

We begin gently, setting a supportive and nourishing space with a guided practice to ground and open the body. Following that, the night weaves into free, intuitive movement and self-expression, allowing our bodies to lead the way. The evening will close with a sound bath of singing bowls, chimes and vocal harmonizing, enveloping us in sacred resonance and presence.

This is a nurturing space where you can embrace all that you are.

Where do they intersect, and how do they differ? In this workshop, we will look at the very foundations of movement from both Yoga and Taiji such as body alignment, opposition, balance and flow.

Participants will experience an original Taiji Yoga movement sequence born out of collaboration between Ranice and Gayle, as we reflect upon the embodied wisdoms of the forms and ground ourselves in the present moment.
